Agenda sets the standard for quality:
As a customer focused business, Agenda’s company values are underpinned by a quality management programme which includes continued accreditation with ISO9001 quality management processes, built in quality control and quality assurance processes. Underpinning this is the comprehensive training of all staff in quality and performance management and customer satisfaction. Randomly selected customer satisfaction surveys are conducted by the client liaison team every quarter and any member or staff or client can nominate a staff member (for expressing the Agenda values and/or delighting an internal or external customer) for a monthly staff recognition award. Lastly, detailed internal management reports and issues raised through the ISO9001 non-conformance system lead to a satisfactory and permanent resolution. Internally we have developed a culture of continual improvement and hold regular quality forums to evaluate opportunities to improve and to monitor our performance. The key to our quality management processes is effective customer communication to ensure that we meet the needs of all of our customers, whether internal or external to the organisation.

Using unique features such as the Candidate Input System, will save Human Resource officers time and effort and 24/7 access to our secure online candidate screening tracking system. We are registered and fully comply with the Data Protection Act, are an Umbrella organisation for the Criminal Record Bureau and our premises have been awarded the Secured by Design Police standard. All data and information is managed through our externally audited IS27001 Information Management Security System (incorporating the BS7858 screening and BS8470 destruction of confidential materials Codes of Practice). With over 30 check options we take nothing at face value to ensure that your new employee, Agenda job candidate or our contract technician is bona fide.
