  • Is the client involved in the decision making regarding recruitment?


    Agenda works very closely with our clients at all stages of the Facility Management process. If the client requires too be involved in the recruitment process at any stage then Agenda would be more than happy to accommodate this
  • How is management performance measured?


    Through establishing performance driven criteria, which Agenda will be scored against. It can be ensured that the customer receives the service they really want, and not want it was thought they wanted
  • How does Agenda manage budgets?


    Working with the client at all stages, it is possible to advise them on expected financial requirements of the facility
  • Will the Agenda management team be knowledgeable enough to liaise fully with the research teams and discuss their requirements?

  • What happens if the client wants to make changes to the contract?


    Agenda works very closely with the client and tailor made each contract to their individual needs therefore any changes that the client requests can be discussed with the management team at anytime during the contract through an established process such as the Change request form
  • How long does a contract normally last for?


    It entirely depends on the clients requirements. The packages we propose can cover all or selected aspects of a facility operations.
  • Can this save us money?

    Agenda Resource Management also run a successful Contracts division, which means we have permanent contract animal technicians of all levels available on the clients request.
  • Will Agenda provide out hours cover at weekends?


    All Agenda employee are aware that as part of their role they may be asked to work beyond their contracted 37.5 hrs per week. They are also provided with company mobiles which means the client can contact them 24/7
  • Will Agenda Provide staff to work outside of the core 9-5pm?
