When Agenda was founded in 1996 it was based on a simple philosophy of providing the level of service that you would expect to receive yourself. Within the bioscience arena there are additional legal, moral and compliance issues and Agenda has worked hard to embody these requirements into its working practices. The Cultural Formula below was derived back in 1996 and is still relevant today.

Because of Agenda’s responsibilities to its research clients and in particular to the animals in its care, Agenda has also embodied its culture of care into its R3 Policy. The R3 Policy was developed to show Agenda’s commitment under three primary headings; Respect, Reliability and Responsibility. These act as a template for all of Agenda’s staff working within research facilities.
